When you select a specific United States Court of Appeals, you will be presented with an interface that allows you to search on an unlimited basis across any combination of jurisdictions within the circuit. Of course, with TheLaw.net you are not limited to searching only within your primary Federal appellate jurisdiction. All subscribers have unlimited access to the judicial opinions issued by all thirteen Federal circuits for the same low, flat rate.

In this search, by clicking the "All Checkbox", we are looking for opinions issued since January 1, 1999, by the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit or by any of the nine state supreme courts and intermediate state appellate courts that exist under the umbrella of the Ninth Circuit.
