E-MAIL DOCUMENTS
To email documents to yourself or others, highlight the portion you want to copy, or on your keyboard hold CTRL + A to highlight everything. Then click the COPY BUTTON or hold CTRL + C to copy the highlighted material. Now go to your email program and right click in the are where you would normally begin writing a message.

As a reminder, your email program indexes the messages you send. Accordingly, a search function is built in which would allow you to quickly search any documents you care to email to yourself. If you use a laptop this is a quick easy way to retreive items offline when you are in a deposition, at court or in a meeting. Your email program also makes it easy for you to create folders when information can be filed on a subject matter or client specific basis.

     Something to think about.
